As our own Dharma Youth, Sid Mohanty, had the chance to plan the collaborative Hanuman Chalisa. Through this, he also elaborates on the meaning behind the powerful Hanuman Chalisa.

Preface:
Hare Krishna everyone,
Hanumanji is the benefactor of literature, grammar, and music. He personifies discipline, devotion, power, modesty, and he is the destroyer of all our problems.
Tulsidasji (Great Rishi and poet. He wrote Ramcharitmanas and Hanuman Chalisa.) had written these verses, praising Hanumanji when the Mughal Emperor Akbar imprisoned him.
Tulsidasji chanted these verses for 40 days straight. On the 41st day, a vast army of monkeys gathered around and destroyed everything.
Realising his mistake, Akbar let Tulsidas go with honour, and as soon as Tulsidasji was released, the monkeys left the place immediately.
Thus, chanting the Hanuman Chalisa for 40 days straight without a break invokes power, modesty, devotion, and fulfills one’s desires and ambitions.
